This particular Sakura palette is offered as a Second because the base came out of the kiln slightly uneven, causing the palette to wobble when placed directly on a flat surface. Small felt pads have been carefully added to the underside, allowing the palette to sit stable and securely on the table. The unevenness does not affect its function as a paint palette.
